Yes, you read it correctly! We really want to see you at The Big Valentine Market which is being held at Sheffield City Hall on 13th February 2010. So why not pop down to stand 18 and say hello. Its free to enter the 'WIN a Website competition'. All you have to do is hand in a business card to our prize draw. Don't worry, if you haven't got any business cards, you can simply write your details on the provided slips and you're in!

Here's what you can win

You can win up to £799 worth of website design time. The package will include either;

Aurora Media's easy to use CMS or Content Management System which allows you to easily update your website pages from any computer in the world with a browser and internet connection! You can even take a tour of the software when you visit us.
OR...
Aurora Media's Specialist Shopping Cart so you can sell your products online. And guess what? You can even try out our shopping cart system on our stand too!

About The Big Valentine Market

The Big Valentine Market aims to promote Sheffield’s small local businesses and offer an opportunity for individuals to get advice from their Enterprise Coaches and Business Mentors on starting a business.

The event will feature:

  • An exhibition with up to 50 stands
  • An Ideas Factory workshop event offering practical advice and guidance for Sheffield residents on starting a business and being their own boss
  • A networking café to help you find new business in the city

The 'no so' small print

Aurora Media will design and install either our Content Management System or Shopping Cart System and design a beautiful layout that is in keeping with your current branding. If you are starting out or fancy re-branding, we can design something just for you. All included in the prize!
What the prize does/doesn’t cover - The system will be installed on Aurora Media’s secure hosting server so the world can see your new website. Hosting isn’t free, so we have to charge for this at our standard fee of £20pcm. We can also develop you a logo if you haven’t got one. Logo design isn’t included in the prize. Print design and printing, email marketing or any of our other services are also not included. There is no cash alternative and by entering you are agreeing to our Website Terms & Conditions and Terms of Business with Aurora Media which can be viewed any time on our website www.auroramedia.co.uk. 
In accordance to our privacy statement found on our website, we may from time to time contact you about our products - But don’t worry, you can unsubscribe at any time. If you are unsure of what any of this means, feel free to contact us or speak to us on the day. Aurora Media reserves the right to alter competition entry requirements and entitlements at any time.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be: 
(a) UK resident; and 
(b) Some competitions may require you to be 18 years old or over at the time of entry if stated under individual competition terms and conditions.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Aurora Media.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. If you want to enter a competition you must enter on the day by providing us with either your business card or filling in a complete and legible entry form (Ask our team).
6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The closing date is currently 1am Feb 14th 2010, and Aurora Media reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by post or e-mail to check the results page on our website. You must claim your prize via email or post within 14 days of the closing date. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Aurora Media, 333a Middlewood road, Sheffield, S6 1TH after the closing date or by viewing the competition page on our website.
10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Aurora Media may require.
11. The judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of Aurora Media.
12. Prizes are not be transferable to another person or company mentioned on the business card/entry form.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
14. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
15. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
16. These competitions are run by Aurora Media.
17. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
18. Aurora Media reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
19. Aurora Media will endeavour to supply the prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time and we reserve the right to book the work into our schedule. No deadline can or will be set on competition of the winning website.
